On the evening of December 2021, 12, the fourth quarter intern exchange meeting ended successfully. Thanks to all departments for their support and cooperation. After receiving the notification of the event, some of these children sent messages to the management department to ask for leave at noon. Because of work reasons, they took the initiative to ask to stay and work overtime and gave up participating in the evening activities. After the coordination and arrangement of the heads of various departments, they all arrived on schedule. There was also an intern from the manufacturing department who came back very late from a business trip in Conghua. The head of the department personally drove him to the event site. With the concerted efforts of everyone, a total of 14 interns were present, with a participation rate of 19%. This process fully reflects the serious and responsible attitude of these interns towards their work, and at the same time, they can also feel the care of the department heads for the interns. It can also be said that as long as everyone is in the same direction, they will be able to resolve the problems one by one and ultimately achieve the goal.

        During the event, each intern gave a speech about their work at this stage, thanked the department leaders and colleagues around them, and gave some ideas and summaries about their work. It can be seen that compared with the last exchange meeting, the distance between everyone has been shortened a lot, and they have also grown a lot. I believe that this period is not only due to their own efforts, but more importantly, it is due to the guidance of colleagues and department leaders around them. I believe that in the future, through the continuous guidance and training of the department, they will all be the solid backup force of our Zhongshe. Yesterday happened to be the birthday of three of them. Zhongshe Intelligence, as the head of the family at work, also brought them a little surprise, so that they can also feel the warmth of home at work. During the event, General Manager Liu and General Manager Chen gave speeches respectively, and gave certain directional guidance on work and life. Director Lei of the Management Department also cultivated the wine table culture for them, so that these young people will have more motivation and hope for future work.
